All entries, (prints or digtal images) must be the genuine work of the member.

Images must be submitted no later than the closing date.

The same image can be entered into both competitions i.e. print and digital.  Ideally, this would be spread over a number of competitions so they would not be seen on the same judging night.

It is in the competitor's interest to submit a maximum of three (3) entries in any competition as only the two top scores count towards the overall score.  These top two scoring images are classed as acceptances.  Where three entries are submitted the lowest scoring entry (a non-acceptance) is eligible for re-submission in the next competition only.  Adjustments can be made to this non-acceptance image prior to resubmission.  Should an image be a non-acceptance on two occasions, then it is ineligable for resubmission.
